Star-chef Vesselin Kalev presents his seasonal menu

The latest gourmet restaurant in Borovets - “Samokovi”, has оnce again raised the bar for unforgettable culinary experiences. The restaurant  opened in the new Winter Season’2018 with a new more elegant interior and a new seasonal menu.

The surprising combinations of local specialties with world “classics” at moderate prices demonstrate chef Kalev’s star skills at their best.

Masterfully crafted specialty dishes, embodying long standing culinary traditions, are served up in a cozy alpine setting, featuring warm tones and mahogany accents.

And  after those snowy days spent on the slopes, try our carefully selected winter menu every evening from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
